Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A non-refundable advance payment of [percentage] is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made [number of days] prior to the commencement of the tour.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other specified methods.

2. Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, fuel costs, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Quoted prices include only the items specified in the itinerary.
  • Any additional expenses incurred during the tour (e.g., personal shopping, extra meals, tips) must be borne by the traveler.

3. Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documentation.
  • We are not liable for any costs or cancellations arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

4. Health and Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for the tour.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to decline participation for travelers deemed unfit for the tour.

5. Itinerary Changes

  • The company reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Alternative arrangements will be made where possible, but additional costs, if any, will be borne by the traveler.

6. Liability

  • The company acts only as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other tour-related services.
  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
  • Travelers must have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and other contingencies.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers must adhere to local laws, cultural norms, and instructions provided by the tour leader/guide.
  • Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Special Requests

  • Special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking.
  • While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Traveler:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to bhramantea@gmail.com.
  • The following cancellation charges apply:
  • 60 or more before departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
  • 30 to 59 before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 15 to 29 before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 14 before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (no refund).

2. Cancellation by the Company:

  • If we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule the tour.
  • The company is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by the traveler (e.g., visa fees, flight tickets).

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days.
  • Any service fees, taxes, or non-refundable deposits will not be refunded.

4. Force Majeure:

  • In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
